Practice Administrator

Lynn became Practice Administrator of Palo Verde Hematology Oncology (PVHO) in November 2000. If you ask her to describe PVHO’s medical team, her reply would be, “I consider our staff to be the “Champions of Care” and I am honored to be here, among the best. We have a highly trained medical staff of more than 100 employees, nine physicians, and six physician extenders helping our patients and their families in a meaningful way. I remind our staff that a smile is the best influence they can have. It doesn’t cost anything, yet will enrich all of those around you. This is what you can expect when becoming a patient at Palo Verde. Patients will receive the best possible quality of care and treatment plans that are recognized by national cancer centers. We believe that every patient deserves the very best and our mission is to provide excellent care in a personal environment, in a friendly, warm and compassionate manner.”

Lynn has more than 20 years in health care management and leadership experience, 18 of which have been in the specialty of hematology/oncology. She believes that providing the necessary resources and empowering the staff is the responsibility of any health care administrator. Her experience as an operating room nurse has brought another quality to PVHO. Working with surgeons and providing patient care have enhanced her intuitive understanding of patient needs. This unique blend of clinical and management skills has provided PVHO with an administrator who directs the daily business operations while providing exceptional care to its patients.

Aside from her dedication of being a patient advocate, Lynn has served on the advisory panel for International Oncology Network 2007 (representing nationally 190 oncology practices) and International Oncology Strategic Committee 2008. She enjoys time with her family, French cuisine, playing golf and being a sports car enthusiast.
